Horrible customer service
Can't speak to the products. But their communication and customer service is one of the most horrendous I've delt with. I placed an order for a youtuber collaboration product. I purchased it when the site showed they still had plenty in stock. I received confirmation my in stock iten would be shipped in a few days. AFTER the time frame in which my product should have been shipped I received an e-mail that said "There may be a delay in the arrival of your most recent purchase due to the current high volume of orders. Don't worry though, we have not forgotten you and we're making sure your goodies are delivered as soon as possible." So I went to track my order and the only way I could was to sign up for their website. Even with an order number that was the only way so I signed up and could still not see my order. 3 business days and 5 e-mails later I was given no estimated delivery date, told I can't cancel even though they don't have the product, and told the only way to see my order is to sign up with my paypal e-mail which they used without my permission to setup my account. Beyond dissappointed with the practices and responses of this company.
