Missing items in order Haven’t received refund

My order kept getting cancelled and when I tried to contact customer service they said it was marked for fraud for no obvious reason even though I had the required amount of money and have previously used the same card with no issues with other websites. Mind you this was an order of more than 100$ so it was alot of products which the company kept cancelling and they have the audacity to send an email requesting a review for products I never even recieved!! I searched the internet to find a solution for my problem but instead I saw that alot of people are having the same issues so obviously there is a problem with the company and not the customers but the company is refusing to admit and solve the issue on their hand!! I said this in my email to customer service and I will repeat it here I am never buying anything from colourpop and would rather support a company that respects their customers!!

I still haven’t received the items I purchased.

The wrong items were sent and there is no way for me to correct this because I didn’t know I had to keep the box

There was one missing item within the order, and I wasn't notified about it. However, I was charged $10 for it. The missing item was: "It's Moi"

I ordered an Aurora palette and blush almost 2 weeks ago. Once it shipped and I received a confirmation that it had been delivered, I opened the package to only find the blush. The $36 palette was not in there. I've contacted ColourPop twice and still have not received a response back. I want my order fixed

I would rate you 0 stars if I could. The customer service is terrible and I will never purchase or recommend your product again.

Product took 1 Month and 11 days to arrive! The tracking number supplied was not recognised when I tried to track my parcel. A few e-mails sent before I got a reply. Really not great! Would not order again. Would not recommend.
