Unprofessional customer service. My entire order was canceled because they sold out of 1 of the palettes I ordered. It was so inconvenient to go and repurchase everything I ordered the first time so I didn’t bother replacing the order. I initially emailed them to ask why my order was canceled but they never got back to me so I went to look and low and behold the palette I ordered was sold out. I can only assume that’s the reason why my order was canceled since they never got back to me.

All my stuff came ruined and they had no way of helping me.

I placed two separate orders 2 days apart. The 2nd order got to me 5 days before her 1st, the 1st kept getting delayed. I reached out to customer service as well as on social media and no one got back to me until after my products were delivered. They have terrible customer service.

An order that was accidentally made, I asked them to cancel in less than an hour after it occurred and they would never cancel it and sent the stupid product to be, that I never wanted. It also came broken. I went to the BBB about it and they still haven’t done anything. I’m beyond mad. Terrible customer service. Cheap products in the worst sense of the word. Do not recommend.

I don't know if it's Colour pop or the shipping companies but I ordered 50$ more worth of products and never actually got it. It says online that it been delivered but I never got the notice in my mailbox and don't actually have a clue where my products have been delivered. Really disappointed.

Attempted to make a purchase several times and my orders kept being cancelled. I reached out to customer service and was told that my charges were being blocked as potential fraud. Reached out to my bank and was told that the charges were all approved on the bank end, it was the colourpop processing that was cancelling my purchase. Very frustrated because the inky way to communicate with colourpop is through email. There is no customer service phone available to speak to a live person to resolve my issue.

My package hasn’t arrived. I ordered 16 days ago
