They still haven't posted my review... I rated it 4 stars in hopes that it would still get published despite the one issue I named, but it deserves lower. I mentioned in it that there was an actual FINGERPRINT on one of the lipsticks I got in a set (how does that even happen?), and the other lipsticks mostly looked scuffed and slightly hairy. I didn't bother with contacting customer service since I've already seen from other customers' experiences that they call this normal.

Shipping took too long.

Honestly, I used to have the best experience, until recently spending over 600 dollars being looped through customer chat emails when being asked to be assisted in finding what products I was still missing from my collections. I was first told to br signed up to the newsletter for information to apologies I was delivered orders with missing items. I had even light heartedly joked that I should be thrown in a free product that turned into accusation of me, who just spent over 60p dollars, of begging for free products....finally i asked to be called by management when an individual accused me of begging for items because now I had been waiting over a week for a status report of my order to be thrown an apology product for the wait ...because guess what colourpop used to do that and just did on an order of mine. I had asked her had she seen the previous emails in which, I went unassisted in wanting to know what products I was missing. Oh and how a recent launch was out of stock....welll it was not that it was out of stock... had any of their customer service agents actually tried to help they would have directed me to the individual shadows that were for sale that were just grouped together in that bundle. So the product was not really out of stock. Yeah, sadly after stating I was not even given the respect of a call and requested to be escalated to higher management that was the end of my emails with colourpop.

Placed my order over 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I get that new launches can take longer, but 2 weeks is pushing it.

Ordered over 15 days ago and it still hasn't shipped.

Waited more than 2 weeks for my order to ship. This is ridiculous.

My first order is lost And now I placed 2 orders and still get nothing !!! You should change the shipping carrier!!!! I think this is my last time to order from colourpop Cause 3 orders are lost :( I hope to fix the problem !! Thanks

The eyeliners broke so easily, I ordered the light blue, yellow, and orange ones and they all only lasted less than 2 weeks since they broke at every where during my vacation. If these were pencils they would have been way better.
