Still haven’t received my order. I have placed my order more than 2 weeks ago. It has been shipped but has been in the hands of UPS IN MY CITY for 3 days without being delivered.

can't say much about the products.. my order never arrived 😭 it's lost somewhere.. it should have been here one week ago but it never came and I didn't get any more updates about the shipping

I am really looking forward to the product but I am still waiting for my delivery so I have only the slow delivery time to review.

I placed an order on 10/3. I got an email confirming my order and stating order should ship out shortly and will take 3 - 5 days. Two weeks later and I got an email stating my order should be shipping soon. Im a little annoyed with the deal in my items and going to be beyond upset if it's not here before the months end.

My Safiya lipsticks came in with hair on one and lumps and clumps of something hard on the other. Threw the boxes away on garbage night before looking closely. Not impressed and very sad I have 2 unusable, contaminated lipstick tubes. The hairy lipstick had a huge, long white hair on the top. Gross. Love Safiya and the colors, but sadly not the makers of these lipsticks as they're contaminated. My first and last Colourpop purchase.

Terrible customer service and shipping - wouldn’t order again

I never receive my package. I'm really disappointed right now. This is the first time I order from ColourPop. I think this will be my last time ordering from this website.

Honestly so disappointed because I paid so much for shipping and my package isn’t here yet !
