This was my first purchase from colourpop. I ordered a lipstick collab. The box came damaged and there was only 1 lipstick in the kit that wasn't damaged.

Really gotta stop doing collabs w people who say the n word like come on. And on a smaller note, all the mew releases look the same.

The lipstick is broken

I usually live Colourpop, but I am still waiting for a package I ordered two weeks ago today. I got a “sorry were late :(“ email a couple days ago, but that felt super unprofessional and condescending. I still don’t have any idea when my order will be delivered. Bad business.

I waited 2 weeks for my order and was never given a free lipstick for getting my order late.

I still haven’t received my product so nothing to review other than slow shipping

Colourpop is the cheap, low quality bargain basement of the makeup world. They sell unsafe makeup to children. Don’t tell me that just because you write a microscopic warning on the box of a product, you are not liable. Also when a product arrives damaged, you are stuck with it no returns, refunds, or exchanges and you can’t cancel your order. It took my order almost a whole month to arrive. Never again Colourpop. Never

My new Safiya Nygaard x Colourpop set come with multiple damaged lipsticks, so disappointed because the colors are gorgeous.
