I’d love to give five stars for my review, but I haven’t even gotten a shipping notification for my product so... It’s been over 2 weeks. I feel bad because I love Safiya and want to love her lipsticks so much, but I’m really disappointed in Colourpop’s shipping and horrible notifications to delays. I hope Safiya’s name isn’t tarnished in the process, because she deserves all the success in the world!

This was a horrible order and customer service experience. I placed my order on October 3rd and still have not even received it from ColourPop (Today is October 17th). I wish they would take their customers time and money into consideration. I am extremely disappointed and will not be recommending ColourPop to anyone else until they have improved as a brand.

It’s been over two weeks and my expedited order still hasn’t been sent. So I spent $15 to receive it in 2 days and it’s been 14. Can’t say I’m happy

Honestly, you shouldn’t ask me to review a product that I haven’t received yet because it’s been delayed and you have only sent me vague emails and no way to track it. I was excited about your collab with Safiya Nygaard, but your company was way under prepared to handle it. Very disappointed and not planning to use Colour Pop after I finally (if ever) get my product.

My order was super delayed, I assume because there were 3 huge product launches scheduled on consecutive days and there was too high a volume of orders. Doesn’t look like great planning on your part. My order still hasn’t even been shipped. I appreciate the one e-mail update I’ve gotten informing me of the delay, but I’m not very happy.

I have been asked to review a product I never received. So... one star it is considering I never got the product, I can't review it.
