The packaging was great, the products are cute and lovely. The only thing that bothered me was that it took a long time to dispatch and delivery was quite slow but the rest is all good!

I ordered some simple items for my daughter’s first makeup (her 13th birthday is next month, so it’s a big deal!). I loved that Colorpop had items with characters she loves. I received an email that my shipment would be late (no worries!). Once it arrived, there was an apology note and a little bonus item. It’s a simple gesture, but I think little things like that matter with companies. I really appreciate it. 🤍
