I saw the ad on Facebook that said 15% off. I clicked the link and spent over $200 and just realized I didn't get any discount. Not happy at all !!! Very Deceptive!!!

I tried posting this review on Colourpop’s site but they won’t post it. I reached out to customer service and they said they didn’t handle reviews. I even got a separate email telling me to review them on here instead. So, I guess they won’t post my review on their site which is very disappointing. My experience with this company has not been good and I will unlikely purchase from them again because of their lack of care and customer service. My original review of the Bikini Bottom Lipstick: I'm only giving this product 5 stars because I love and support Safiya so much. I don't want to be super negative but Colourpop needs to know the condition my product came in. There are black hairs on mine (about 4), some of the bats are smudged, there's smudging along the edge of the tube, and the box was smashed (which I understand, sometimes stuff happens during shipping). But overall the packaging was poor. I recommend this product if you're a fan of Safiya's because it's totally related to her videos and vibe, and the color is a great nude blend. I like the application and texture of the lipstick too; however, I am disappointed that Colourpop did not put very much care into the making and packaging of the product.

Used wrong card would not cancel so I could use the right one. They said they couldn’t. Which is impossible there is always a way.

I have been trying to place an order with this company for months. I use my PayPal account. I place order, gets confirmed and then it cancelled. I have contacted them several times. They want me to use the after pay system instead of paypal, is my guess. They tell me it's because of potential fraud. I have contacted paypal, no issues there. All info matches up. I am so frustrated with this.

Second time I placed an order to on afterpay and didn’t go through...

20 days got 2nd notification that my item has shipped still no item

I was given a coupon code for signing up and it did not work!

Shipping is horrible. It’s been more than two weeks and I haven’t received my order yet.
