I received my order late, smashed and incomplete. When I emailed support about my TWO MISSING ITEMS I was told that too much time had passed since my order date for them to do anything. This is completely unacceptable, they have lost me as a customer and I was excited about their product before.

This company is a bad joke! I place d my order weeks ago, they took my money and my package never arrived. On the tracker it says that it was delivered 3 days ago, and the dumbass from customer relations tells me to go ask my local mail. How do you want me to go ask them you dumbass if I don't have a number from them saying the tried to deliver it?? Their customer relations are absolutely useless, I have received no help at all, just stupid answers. And they won't give me a refund, and they won't try to check where my package is. Nothing. Coloupop scams people and are so rude! STAY AWAY!

Worst pallete . Literally have a pallete where the shadows come out easily they fall out. One of them broke today so annoying . Wish I knew before about this. Will never buy anything from this company again.
