Their whole Afterpay option is very misleading. Unless you checkout as a guest it will take you to immediately charging your card. Their website offers no insight other than choosing it during the checkout process (which you can’t if they don’t give you that option) and even if you get to them before the order was processed or shipped out, they absolutely refuse to help despite the fact that they have every ability to change the payment method. After that all they do is give copy and paste responses to anything you say.

The whole reason I went on the site was the coupon I was emailed stating 25% off “ANY product of your choice” Apparently it’s not true because the coupon didn’t work on the product I chose. I will be unsubscribed from future emails in the morning.

After buying ads on Instagram, I made a purchase and now it's been a month since I received nothing and wanted and waited until today but didn't receive any products, so hopefully send me at least my money.

I don't appreciate how the "treat" discount turned out to actually be a trick. I purchased my item and didn't get the 20% off and when I wrote about why it wasn't discounted and that I wanted to cancel the order, my request was completely ignored and all I got was an excuse of why my brushes didn't count towards the treat discount. I wrote again asking to cancel my order, there was no response and I got charged anyway. I promise this is the last time I will ever purchase anything from ColourPop.

Package was mailed 4 days ago, been sitting at the post office since

The prices are in USD and does not calculate the total of the currency from the country you are form so I thought I was paying $31.99 because there was no currency stated and $51.66 came out of my account

I don’t know why my order always be canceled!!!!!

I'm located in New Zealand and tried to purchase a the big box of lippie stix and was unable to do so because the website advised the product is too big to ship to New Zealand. then I tried to purchase the the big box of lippie pencils and got the same message.then I decided to buy 3 small things from this website and tried to pay through after pay because that was one of the payment option in the website, but when I tried to complete the purchase error message popped up saying USA after pay isn't working in New Zealand through this website. this is the 1st time I bought something from colour pop and this will be the last time I'm purchasing anything from colour pop.if you can't provide a service then don't display on your website..!!!! WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER..!!!
