I ordered a brow pencil and I did not open the product right away because I was finishing the previous product. The eye brow pencil does not twist out as it should so it is a damaged product. I was told that the product could not be replaced due tomorrow being two weeks since my order. I can’t be the only person who opens their products past two weeks. I will no longer buy products from this company and look forward to finding a much better product even if I have to pay more.

This is the worst website I've ever been on. Trying to buy my granddaughter a bday gift from this company and all I kept getting was codes for some kind of pay plan, trying to ship to her was a 20 minute ordeal and then when I tried to contact support, I get an email back telling me they will get back to me. I added the 2 day $15 shipping jst to ensure shed get it on time at least by friday. I'm sure that will be a waste.

I signed up for a discount code that for some reason it wouldnt apply. I asked for help I was told to cancel the order immediately to reorder with the code. I tried to cancel as soon as I could and I was told it was not possible. Horrible customer experience for a first time and only time client. I will return if possible

Worst service ever no telephone to call only email n they dont try to help so if you order the wrong item there is nothing you can do 😡
