I didn’t receive twenty percent discount on a $90.00 order

Placed my order on 19 Oct. Received my items on 9 nov. One of the palettes (yes, please) looks used and doesn't have the usual plastic sheet when opening the palette and there are stains on the insides of the covers as well as on the palette. The full fan brush bristles at one side are out of shape and jagging out due to the packaging (the cover which was supposed to protect the bristles has came off and hence resulting in the bending of the bristles.

Why always cancel my order?

You should have given me 10% off ..... but it went waste as it was not working .... when i was adding it .... it was showing even more amount then it was .....

Can’t orders without providing more information

Unfortunately I still haven’t received my package and there has been a lot of back and forth with emails. It’s been almost a month and still nothing yet!

My order did not receive the sale price.

I have never brought any items from this website but my teenage daughter wanted an eyeshadow palette so I decided to get it from here but registering was a hassle I tried three times and it wouldn’t send me back saying that my password was invalid I was so turned off by this that I almost didn’t purchase the item but I didn’t wanna let down my daughter for Christmas so I tried the the third time and this time I was able to finish my purchase
