Love most of products I ordered. However, I have issue with my last order and their customer service did not bother to help. It has been one week now and my order has not been processed. They just told me to wait.

Just terrible experience, how can an item take nearly a month to be processed? And then they get me it sort out why my parcel is missing but it’s their responsibility, I won’t be ordering from them again for a long time until they improve their services.

Only because you are not truthful about the discount . I never get a discount. I shared it online an my message an never received anything

I had the worst possible experience trying to change the destination of my package. And it ended up being delivered to the wrong place so I had to pay more money to have delivered to the right address and all I was told was that nothing could be done.
