love everything!

My sister and I made an order from Spain when they had worldwide shipping. The package took a while to arrive, which was expected, but everything else was perfect. The packaging was super secure and everything came in good condition and the products were as described. Very satisfied!

Excellent service, my original eyeshadow palette arrived and one of the colours was smashed to dust. I contacted colourpop and Joslyn advised they would send a replacement. I contacted them again as I did not know how to return the damaged one, response was really fast and I was told that I could keep it😲😲WOW. I have since received the replacement and it is perfect, the other I have given to my daughter. All in all a fabulous cosmetic company and I will definately be buying from colourpop again. Thanks guys you are amazing💋💋

I'm happy about shadow pallets, they are great! Online shopping was fine, but I had to wait for long to receive my purchase. It took about a month from ordering to receiving in Russia. I was expecting better work from DHL.
