Order takes too long to process, no 800 to call and talk to someone and with countless emails still no response.

Terrible customer service. Won’t order from again.

I am never buying from colour pop again because it takes them too long to process their orders, and whenever I confronted them about it,they made excuses about weekends, delivery and shipping. If you do shop from them, you will wait at least 10 days to receive your item. Even though the site says 3 to 5 days.

I haven't received my order till now.. :-/

My order was canceled for no reason, the shipping label says it’s been voided. I’ve been waiting over a week for my package.

It's not arrived.

I understand online the tracker can be wrong stating nov 3 as “delivered package” it’s been quite awhile now seeing that I put my order oct 23 an it’s November 13th an haven’t got my package neither heard anything from colourpop also called the post office they didn’t have anything for my address. Still waiting :s

I have already sent you a mail regarding the lipstick i got. The colors are not good. Cant apply on the lips. The color does not appear. Have to apply many coats just to see the color and after a while the color on the lips starts to crack.
