Great product, love the package.

Everything in the order I personally placed for gifts arrived perfect and beautiful as was expected and my niece was very happy! The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because my friend gifted me a ColorPop palette for Christmas and one shadow broke upon opening the actual palette and another center one arrived misaligned with the holes and I can't access 1/2 of that shadow (but it's not the WORST thing in the world) but other than that the quality is superb and I love the good sized mirror in my palette too!

Beautiful colors , good products

I just got my lip scrub so i havent seen complete results just yet, but paired with the lip mask, my lips feel so soft and good!! I tend to pick at my lips but there's nothing to pick at! Nothing's dry, its all soft and smells nice even the day after.

Items were correct, products seem great so far, shipping was fast. My only complaint is that there was wayyy too much plastic waste in the package.

I never even received my last order. A month after ordering, I had to let them know I never received it. They were willing to resend my order, but if this order never made it to me, then I was out my money and the product. So I just asked for a refund. As far as I know, the DHL tracking said it was left in another state for USPS to deliver to me, but USPS didn’t have any tracking for it. DHL and USPS dropped the ball here. I can’t blame Colourpop for this. Their product is amazing and I always receive what I order in good condition (not broken or busted open …etc). Their eyeshadow palettes are (in my opinion) some of the best. The pigmentation and colors are always so beautiful.

These were a gift for my daughter, she loves them. I only gave 4 stars because the shipping was a mess and the communication with colourpop was slow at best. However in the long run they did fix the shipping issue [said the address I gave them for delivery didn't exist, although they received mail and other gifts at this address from other vendors with no issues]
