La paleta de sombras me llegó con una sombra rota.

I love their products. I ordered the color me pretty eyeliner vault and theyre all gorgeous. Unfortunately almost half of them came dried out so im in the process of getting in contact about that.

The product was great. The only problem is that two of the shadows were broken, but I guess this is a transit issue.

I absolutely love the product but it took a month to receive. Shipped from CA and mailing to FL.

the product went to europe when i live in south america an after more than a month still is on germany, i cant understand it.

The product itself was nice but I was very thrown off that some of the shades in the eye pallets said they weren’t for use around the eye. So why are they even in there? If it’s a way to avoid law suits if someone hurts their eyes it probably wont stand up in court as the product as a whole is being advertised as an eye product and one cannot ensure the customers can/do read the fine print so it’s not an informed use. I thought that was shady (pun intended).

I’ve purchased from colourpop multiple times. items are a hit or miss, not really for long wear in my opinion. International shipping is horrible and customer service isn’t helpful.
