I was completely in love with your company before buying the Bitti PR set and getting it damaged. The shipping box was completely damaged by transit and does not look like it was packed well or taped well at all. Every box I’ve gotten from your company has been packed very well prior to this. I have told everyone I know how wonderful your products are. All I asked for was a new PR box that would literally cost you pennies so that I can make the item I bought a collectors item as I intended. Now I’m going to go out of my way to tell everybody how crappy your company is the minute something doesn’t go right. I’m going to work through my credit card company because I did not get the item that I bought I got pieces of the item that I bought. Not cool. Not cool.

I never received my product. And customer service was the most unhelpful with my situation. So basically I wasted $39 of my hard earned money!!!

Peeeeeeeved I had to buy a pallette nobody wanted just to get some of what my best friend wanted for her birthday. Less than 20 items to Canada, really? I wanted to get her the 24 colour custom pallette. The reasoning why on the checkout screen was not clear at all. I had to email to clarify what was going on (waited 2 days) because it was not straight forward. "You might need to remove items from your cart" without the option to do so.... Unthoughtful design smh, clearly your target audience is Americans and the rest of the world can buy different brands because yours just don't seem to care about the rest of the world enough to even be straightforward. I only bought your brand after this disaster and waste for my time because I was still able to get some of what she really wanted.... This itty bitty lil custom pallette I had to get instead better be eye popping high quality amazeballs, sadly she only gets half the colours she deserves because I can't afford two packages & two international shipping for two custom itty little baby pallettes.....who would even want two anyway?? If you can't ship it to Canada let the customer know before they waste their time and get their hopes up... Most online shopping websites have a little country option where it redirects you to a webpage specifically designed for those customers. Thanks for nothing, if she doesn't love it I will hardcore boycott your business. Thanks for wasting my time, please do better for yourself in the future hun, you deserve better for you and your brand. And when designing a pallette, when I put my cursor over the colour selected on the pallette...it doesn't show the name. I have to scroll and find "selected" in the list to confirm I have the correct colours....just a little thing that can be done to completely enhance the user interface fyi

I did not know that customs had to be paid, I paid 30 euros of customs, and my measure was 50 euros. The price was raised a lot

I can’t judge quality of colourpop, because I ordered palette one month ago and still didn’t receive it.

Would not let me have my order. Would complete it & then cancel it right after the fact.

You know one of the reasons I gave a one was the website. You know I looked up and down and couldn’t figure out how to get free shipping. That should be in bold!!!!!
