I waited so long for the free worldwide shipping, and today I received the "5$ worldwide shipping" email alert - and decided to go for it. I had several items in my cart, but when I added the coupon FREESHIP I saw the shipping did not change, it remained 10$! I removed it and still the same price. Seeing it does not give any discount I removed some items and purchased only 2. Very disappointed

Ordering for first time today— new customer code for 10% off purchase COULD NOT be used. Later in the day, received an email offering FREESHIP coupon. Apparently, my purchase did not “qualify” me to use that discount code either. Please Note— I received info about your company and your products by way of a Christmas wish list from my 11-year-old daughter. Wasting my time with this kind of stuff provides me no incentive to continue to purchase from you unless I am asked to by my daughter. Very bad first impression. Incentives are to be a positive experience and I work full-time and don’t have time to fiddle with discount codes if they are worthless.

A product arrived damaged. I used the contact form on the website and have heard nothing. I didn’t event get a confirmation the complaint went through. So no idea if the contact form even works.

My package was returned for unknown reason and I haven't received the refund yet. It was the first time buying products at Colorpop and it was also the last time if the service get no improvement. It was really an awful shipping experience.

I think it's a very disappointing shopping experience, I don't know where my package went, it may have been sent back, and then I received a refund. But my discount has been used for the previous order, there will be no discount for re order. It's not my fault, but I have to bear the consequences.
