I had an issue I used code for free shipping and did not receive free shipping .

There was no field on the website to enter free shipping code although you were offering free shipping. The website would not allow me to enter a code upon checkout.

If I could give them a “0” rating, I would. Double ordered an $80 item on accident. They will not allow me to cancel or return the item. Nothing but automated responses or scripts. I’ve never felt more unimportant as a customer than with this experience and company. Oh and I just found out they lied to me. The reason it couldn’t be canceled initially was that it had already been shipped, well I just got an email saying it has been shipped, two days after she told me it shipped. So Colorpop lies to it customers to so they don’t have to deal with returns. Shady business with unfriendly policies toward customer service. Buyer beware.

The colors of my palette are gorgeous. However there are pressed glitter pans in there. These are insanely misleading. It says on the website under ingredients that these are not intended for use on/around the eye. Then why put them amongst other eyeshadows??? The large chunks of glitter can legitimately blind someone as they are essentially small plastic razorblades. VERY irresponsible of colourpop, not cool.
