The order arrived broken

My orders are always canceled. I cannot find the problem because is not a problem with PayPal or my credit card and customer service did not solve the problem. So I'm so sorry but I have to give a bad review. I've purchased from colourpop many times and I can't anymore since february.

Beware of color changes to known of your trusted product and no reimbursement when this happens. Example of customer service reply here: We are constantly improving our formulas to ensure the best wear and feel for our customers! Unfortunately sometimes this means a slight change in the shades. Not to worry, you received the correct product! The correct product. The wrong color. :-(

I’m very disappointed that I was not shown the currency was in US & not adapted to my country’s. I would like to stop my order and get my money back! I now no longer have the money to survive for the week...

their customer service email doesn’t work and my cart that was a subtotal of $24 suddenly became $68 when i hit order
