You cancelled my order 5 times!! Me and my sisters ordered from you.. And theirs are arrived to the same address.. And the card information is correct.. I'm so sad

After 3 weeks i dont have my order or a tracking number at least....

I ordered the disney eyeshadow pallettes on 3rd November, and the products were shipped to USPS facility on 5th November the tracking ID provided to me hasn't been updated since 6th November and I am continuously asking for help from Both Colourpop and USPS facility. Now according to USPS records they have not received any package with the ID. So I am trying to know the current location of my Package and I am not getting any fruitful answer. I don't think I will ever receive the package. This is so depressing

Terrible customer service, will never shop here again. I had one missing palette in my parcel and was offered a coupon, which I refused, and then a "one time courtesy refund". The wording was really annoying, as if I was being unreasonable and they were doing me a favour.

Lip pencil comes in a nice and beautiful design except the product is runny and the colors do not match the outside bottom of pin/pencil

The item I wanted was out of stock. So I ordered $30 of other items . After I submitted my order. Three minutes later. I’m notified it’s back in stock. I find this to be bait and switch and I’m very unsatisfied
