I love what I got…,but one of the eyeshadows I ordered was cracked when I bought it. I probably could’ve returned it, but I am busy and I just wish it came as I ordered it.

i love colorpop. the only thing that i have to critizise is tax handeling in foreign countries. the shipping would be much faster if the buyer could pay them beforehand, like other shops handle it.

I purchased several shadow palettes right before the holidays. It took them a bit to ship, but that's fine for the price and quality of product. The palettes are gorgeous! They have a little kick back, but nothing concerning. Shades are vibrant and super buildable. 4/5 stars due to the no return or exchange policy - a smaller pallette (5 shadows) was damaged, one of the shades is totally gone. Would have been great to be able to exchange that one.

Love everything I received but a few of the caps of my gel liners were not fully tightened which I think made them dry up, but they did give me an extra item which was a face mask which was nice

I am very pleased with the items I ordered. I would prefer a different delivery method. I work in shipping, and considering everjthing happening, delivery took too long.

Very affordable great colors. I got everything at the Black Friday special so it was a real good deal then. The packaging isn’t ideal as everything is very big and not easy to carry with you. So wouldn’t call any of them a “compact case”. And one item arrived broken. However with all that being said I think the product itself is 5 stars.
