I could not receive the information about the package, and could not contact the merchant, and I didn't know who to compensate if I confiscated the goods.After I paid on the page, I could not see any of my order information, which makes me very insecure and makes me feel like you are cheaters.

The package was poor. One of the eyeshadows was broken. I received my order almost 2 months after! And you don't care about your European customers. Include all the taxes in a price so we can all order. Or put free shipping more often!

I've ordered three times. First order i placed I bought two eye shadow palettes for 30 dollars each. and only got one. I reached out to customer support and got a cupon for 30 dollars, which was not what I was after. That's the only problem I've had with colourpop, love their products! No one I know has had a bad experience. I will order again even though I live in Sweden and customs are ruthless.

International shipping takes almost 2 months, theres no reason to send the package to Germany and then to South America. Too much time wasted. Product is amazing tho

I wanted to love everything about this. I like the eyeliner and eyeshadows. I hate (sorry for the strong word) the moisturizer. The smell is awful. The texture is good and it works well, but threw it away due to the smell.
