I love that colourpop continues to do collections of my favorite childhood shows, but I was very disappointed by the overall quality of the Lizzie McGuire collection. The eyeshadows were not well suited for someone of my completion due to their lack of pigment in formulation. The Instagram vids/photos you all post of other Black people using the collection are misleading. I ask via insta comment if the swatches provided are done with primer, and got no response. Additionally, the shadows were patchy and creased after just and hour of wear even after primer. I genuinely wouldn’t even be writing this if I could return the product, but here we are.

I bought 3 palletes from Colourpop. Two were fine, but in the third one the pans had slid down into the compact during production or shipping. I took pictures and contacted customer service for a replacement. They sent me a “new” pallete which had clearly already been swatched or had something spilled on it or had mold in it, I’m not sure. I took pictures again and contacted customer service. Here they offered me a $14 coupon to pick out a different pallete. They wouldn’t refund the tax or the shipping I paid. This is unsatisfactory to me. I ended up just asking for my money back because I’m not buying from this company again.

I like colourpop, but in this order I did not get all the products I ordered and I have tried to contact the twice with no response.

I absolutely loved Colourpop but it seems they have changed their formula and gone down in quality. Very sad

Great coverage and color payoff. Get two stars tho because you're selling eye shadpw that isnt eye safe and dont mark this in any of the sales page info or on the palettes. Should actually be illegal to do that.

have been wanting to buy the byop pallet for ages since I like abroad, I can't order unless someone can bring it to me, you guys never have the powder pigments/all color variants available I am very disheartened, have been wanting to get ur customized palette for ages now. the order was alright, reached a tad late and the palette boxes were damaged in shipping which was very disappointing
