Unfortunately I was sent the wrong order, which belongs someone else. I ordered the Lengthening mascara in brown.

I attempted to use the 40% off one item promotion, but at the time of checkout the promotion didn’t apply to my purchase. I emailed colourpop twice, but they were not able to help. I will no longer be ordering from the company due to this issue.

I sent several emails in regards to being very dissatisfied with the product, never got a response. I will never by the brand again. Not only is the customer service awful but the products aren't great either

I could never purchase anything from Colourpop as it didn't matter what payment method I used they kept rejecting my payment and the customer service was not helpful at all. They are really slow answering and the answer they gave me was not worth the wait as it didn't fix anything.

Never got it DHL says they experience and are drlay till Jan 18th and no updates since then &

Pretty rotten experience. Ordered something for my sister only to realize they're shipping was unreasonably long. So immediately emailed customer service to cancel, they didn't get back to me for quite some time and at that point the order had already shipped. Had to buy my sister. Something else for Christmas because it didn't arrive.
