Worst customer service ever. Will never ever purchase from CP again. Was actually accused by Patrizia of photoshopping items. They didn’t want to admit they made a mistake. When I asked for HQ’s contact emails I was simply ignored. I didn’t make use of the returns policy but did you read it? It’s non existent. WORST company ever!!!! I actually published this on my social media.

they don't turn USD into CAD in the checkout process unlike literally all other us based online shops and then when I asked to cancel my order, they said they don't do that. I am furious

It’s been almost a month and I have not received the package. First it never shipped so they sent it again and it NEVER ARRIVED because it was sent to an old address which I am positive was corrected! I am beyond frustrated and want to know how it will be fixed. This will be the last time I order any of your products.

I ordered 4 beeper and 1 wellrested. When I received the package, there were only 2 beeper, 1 wellrested and 1 bumble! The order slip in the package showed the correct order but the contain was wrong. Very very disappointed!!!

I purchased multiple items that were never delivered and the USPS tracking information shows the item was NEVER DELIVERED. However, ColourPop still will not issue me refund because of their “no returns policy.” Buyers, please caution before placing an order from this company as they have terrible customer service and do not provide effective forms of communication. You can only email them and their response never addresses the issues presented in the inquiry email. It is very frustrating when you cannot speak to a live person, especially when the email-representatives are not effective. And since their policy is effectively NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, use PayPal to at least protect your purchase if anything happens!
