I got an email saying the site having 30% off and I order the Disney collections and I didn’t get the 30% off I ended up paying full price!! Very disappointed!

I could not View my cart prior to checkout and one item was inadvertently missing. I’m trying to correct it now by canceling and reordering or having the order amended to include the missing item Not getting cooperation so far. My first order - probably my last as well due to lack of customer service.

Horrific customer service. They do not have a contact phone number which I think is by design. First, they sent an incorrect shipping address to the USPS. I sent at least 4 emails to them only to get a response with a "sad face" in it as if the person replying is a child. Then, I sent at least 2 more emails only to receive a very late reply telling me they received my order back and I wound have to start the process ALL OVER AGAIN. No accountability, assistance or apology. I ordered this make up WAY in advance as my daughter has a performance in three days. They waited until 3 days before the performance to tell me what happened with order. I can't even believe anyone wouldd chose to do business with this company. I will make sure to tell my daughter's ballet studio so we never use ColourPop again. Nothing less than awful.

I had to pay a extra money for taxes, from USA to Spain, colourpop should paid this taxes.

Honestly, I stopped buying from colourpop because the shipping is too expensive and the non stop release of products and the realization that I do not need so much makeup. Also, not listening to your customers and removing the pressed glitter from new palettes

I was provided with a discount code. When I went to make my purchase on their website, there wasn't anywhere for me to input my discount code. When I reached out to them, they told me that they couldn't do anything on their end so I could cancel my order and place it again with the code (they still haven't told me where to input the code). Well, canceling my order falls outside of their policy. Even if I wanted to cancel my order, I couldn't because it shipped before I got their reply. Pretty s-h-i-t-t-y way to do business.
