Why is my order being cancelled all the time？and didn't get a? on time?

Unfortunately you can’t return things or even cancel orders. I understand their products are affordable, however the option to return or at least cancel an item that has not been shipped should be a part of a legitimate business.

I ordered with free shipping yet I had to pay to get my order, this was the last time !

My discount was not applied on my first order I did reach out to cancel the order Received confirmation then received another email shortly after the hat u were not canceling my order and have been billed for it Basically I got a screw you we will do what we want regardless of confirmation of cancelation not to mention I received colours I didn’t order I will never use this company again Will not recommend I think tho I like the product Customer service sucks and is a ripe off as u don’t stand by ur word and you don’t tak customers request to cancel

So irritated literally less than 24hrs after I ordered these items they went on sale. I'm returning these items!

After trying multiple times there was never a place to enter my discount code. I then clicked on your email that it said to contact you and it was invalid. Well played to get my money.

I will not purchase from this company again as I was very unhappy with my first purchasing experience. I was excited to make my first purchase with a free shipping code. I made the purchase on my iphone and kept receiving instructions that I would be able to enter the code on a different checkout page. I went back and forth between "information" and "shipping" and there was not a place to enter my code. I the hit the next button thinking perhaps it would be on the next page. Instead my order was placed and then I discovered there is no ability to cancel and order and no return policy. I emailed Colourpop immediately and the replying email 2 hours later said they would be willing to cancel the order for me if I responded promptly. I responded in 20 minutes of the receiving the email and the next day they responded by saying they could not longer cancel the order and would not allow application of the promotion. Again, there is no return option either. With the prevalence of online shopping, I am highly disappointed that courtesy I have been given by every other company I have purchased from were not offered here. Many people enjoy the products which may be wonderful but personally I equally value the customer experience which caused me much more unhappiness and disappointment than I believe is desirable.
