Didn’t receive my package in expected time. Ordered a 2 day overnight received a week later and impossible to get a call back much less a response via customer service. No phone number to contact. Spoke to usps they didn’t have a number from them either. So sad because I like the products.

Ordered $76 worth of makeup. Within a day I emailed them asking if I could cancel the order because my sister-in-law had also purchased it for my wife. They replied back saying they do not allow us to cancel orders. Upon receiving the product I emailed them asking how I can return it. They responded with that they do not take returns exchanges or refunds. They say that due to the low-cost nature of their products they cannot afford to do this. I spent $76 on makeup. Don't tell me anything about a low-cost nature of your product when I'm buying $76 worth. I will never support this company again.

The ColourPop website design is obviously not optimized for multi item purchases. The cart box covers the search bar, requiring customers to exit out of it each time they want to add a new item to the cart. Additionally, the ColourPop website’s backend servers need to be reassessed since 80% of the orders that I’ve placed since the sitewide sale started have failed or been cancelled. These things create a terrible user experience that makes me want to purchase these products from a reseller (typically at lower cost) just because I can count on their purchasing process being smooth and consistent.

I’ve supported Colourpop since day one. I have purchased several times before and on my very last purchase that put me off of buying, I received 4 faulty supershock shadows. They were sand-dry - grainy, falling off the pan, DRY. The prices were $5 then and they issued me a $20 voucher with expiration much to my dismay. Customer service is very poor least to say. I am disappointed.
