The product doesn't arrive yet.

Prices shown CHANGE at checkout. Did not see price change until AFTER order was placed. No way to see that either. First time ordering. Would give zero stars if I could.

Order failed every time. My debit card was charged THRICE. (There was sufficient funds) I still haven’t been refunded. It’s been 4 weeks. I missed out on the store wide Sale And on limited edition products because of the order failure and the staff refused to give me compensation. They blamed it on my bank account which clearly had enough funds and clearly had the correct amount deducted (three times!). Very dissatisfied.

They suck and they don’t offer returns for repackaged items that are sent to customers without their knowledge and when they receive it. It is not something they expect. They sent an empty highlighter palette and won’t give me a refund! What is up with that? That is unacceptable customer service! What good is a coupon code when international shipping is not free.

U guys have the worse customer service ever, u can NEVER contact no one by phone or email about problems and issues with ur products

Didnt understand what my inquiry was about; gave me nothing useful for my situation.

Sadly Colourpop is violating EU regulations and customs had to send it back. So technically Colourpop Cosmetics is not aloud in the EU

My order haven't been shipped for a month
