I had an issue where I wasn't home when my package arrived due to a stroke colourpop made this issue easy to deal with and took care of it quickly once they responded they were a little slow to respond of course I was impatient in part due to my stroke and then issues it has caused me in many ways at this time. But they were kind and patient and they worked with me and they got everything resolved for me Thank you so very much.

Hello. The quality is amazing. Unfortunately there is no express option for packages. They take 4 months plus till they get to lebanon. I encourage adding express delivery. I prefer paying more on delivery than having my package arrive much later than expected. Thank u for your amazing work and creativity. Can't wait for them to be pokemon pallets as well

I ordered shadow palettes and a Lux lip oil set. The shadows are absolutely beautiful and I love the silliness of the glosses. Not sticky at all. I bought everything on sale to try Colourpop but will continue to buy from them at full price. Afterpay was a plus too

I bought make-up and brushes as a gift and they were a big hit, but I can't personally tell you about the actual products. What I can say is the customer service was excellent - fast response and speedy remedy to an unusual problem, and decent delivery time to Australia.
