Hi Colourpop! This is a review regarding your shipping and not your product, since I still haven't got what I ordered. I ordered from you guys on the 9th of November, and it's now December the 1st, order number #14737018. I think that you should be clearer on your website that it takes at least 3 weeks to get your products, at least. So I'm disappointed at the shipping and the information regarding the shipping time, but about the product I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Some items would not load to my bag (i.e. build your own pallet). After multiple attempts other items were sold out since it was Black Friday. I understand demand was high but having been in retail for a number of years this should NOT be unexpected. Make appropriate IT related decisions to ensure your website is running smoothly.

I cancel my order every time I buy, ask

My order was cancelled twice in a matter of minutes???

The makeup I got is cool. Nice color, wears well. The face milk, however, made my skin break out bad like when I used to wear foundation and lots of caked on face makeup. Definitely regret this large purchase, the face milk is overpriced and if you have any kind of skin issues, you will break out from it.
