THE PROCESS TIME IS TOO SLOW
I love your products! I love de packaging! I love everything, however the time you take to process the order really bothers me and a lot of people I know. You are too slow on that aspect of the purchase.

Love the colors but pallet had broken colors
Love the color and pigment but I bought two pallets and one color from each was broken/fell out and got all over the other colors.

The eyeshadow pallet is so cute but…
The eyeshadow pallet is so cute. Unfortunately, the some of the shadows were broken or cracked. This seems to be a common issue amongst the reviews. I was hoping I’d get lucky as this was meant to be a gift that I couldn’t give.

I like the products that I ordered, unfortunately the lip pencil was faulty and I reached out to customer services and never got a response.

Packaged incorrectly
Great product but of the two packs I bought, one of the duo packs had duplicate colours. Blurgh.
