The products are amazing but it takes entirely too long for my orders to be shipped out and received.

Love the products but one of the palettes was missing an entire pan of shadow. Was one of the shades I was most excited about too so I’m really disappointed.

I received the long - awaited package. I already wanted to dance, that all positions are in parcel and nothing is "lost" during transportation, as is often the case... And then, I open the shadows.... they were broken, but in addition to the broken refil, I had to clean out all the others, because all the pigments were mixed, and there was not a single pure color . It took me a lot of time and careful work to avoid damaging everything else during the cleaning process.

Colourpop quality has went downhill big time. They used to be my absolute favorite eye shadows. They have discontinued all the best things. I have returned almost every single purchase bc there is no pigment. I have extremely fair skin. I use an expensive, amazing base for my shadow. If I can’t get color payoff, something is wrong. It’s probably colourpop. Stop putting new stuff out every week or two and focus on quality. It’s super crappy now. I miss the pre-Ulta quality. It was the best.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this pallet and the foundation I got is completely unusable because it’s not really true to color on their site. I’m always a light n that’s what I got from their site. It’s like medium c. Keep that in mind. I’m completely bummed because I’ve always wanted to try color pop and everything I got was a flop. The pallet I got has like two transitions shades and the rest are glitters. Which I don’t mind glitter but you would need another pallet in order to get any type of eye look out of this one. Color pop was something I’ve always wanted to try and now idk if I will ever repurchase from them again.

I was disappointed to find AFTER I purchased that several of the shades were glitter & not safe to use on my eyes. I wouldn't have spent so much if I knew I would only be able to use a portion of the colors .

I ordered the full Animal Crossing collab kit, and about a month later it arrived (in Sweden) but got stuck in customs for about an additional week. After that it was returned to the US, due to no declaration of contents (meaning it couldn't be imported). Upon contacting customer support I was eventually offered either a replacement, or money back... Once. But if I chose a replacement, and it didn't arrive this time, I could neither get money back OR another replacement. Sketchy. Today, 2 months later, it finally arrived. The product seems good, although the amount of each is a lot less than portrayed in the marketing. But the shipping and customer support is extremely lacking. Use if you're ok with gambling.
