Terrible customer service never received product or help

For some reason, wasn't able to deliver to my address and had to be sent back. I gave the correct address. Sadly didn't receive my Aurora palette which I was soooooo looking forward to! Sad.

My products never arrived, it was an international shipping and the tracking number showed it in Germany my products were lots, it was really disappointed because was a gift for my sister and the products never arrived

The order got cancled due to the product being back ordered. It would of been nice to be notfied of the possibility before my order got cancled or the option to replace the item with something else of the same value

Didn't get my full order and was never notified something was missing or canceled off of it. On top of that, it took several emails to customer service to get an answer on if it would ship separate or if I would get a refund. Customer service was extremely rude. Will not be ordering anything else from this company

Ich habe da schon öfter bestellt aber jetzt ging aber alles schief. Ich habe die Hälfte nicht bekommen. Sachen erhalten die offen/benutzt waren. Und Sachen erhalten die ich nicht bestellt habt. Es gibt nur E-Mail Kontakt!! Ich habe für über 80$ bestellt + 22 € Zoll und jetzt haltet euch fest ich kriege einen 41$ Coupon für meine nächste Bestellung. Das ist DIE Lösung. Keine Erstattung/ Rücksendung. Kein Ersatz. FINGER WEG. Ein Stern nur weil es 0 nicht gibt. Nie wieder !

I am boycotting colourpop as of today! I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the actions of the company!! DHL lost my package/could have delivered to a wrong individual and colourpop did nothing to help me!!!! I was promised a reshipment for days and given hope but today they decided to absolutely drop me and not even reship the LOST order and blame ME for it!!! Ive been such a fan for so long and ordered tons of times from the company but this absolutely broke any trust I had for this company and will NEVER order again! DISGUSTING!

I purchased 6 different things from ColorPop, an eyeshadow palette, a tub of gel based glitter, and 3 kinds of single tub shadow and a glitter shadow...and of those 6 items, 5 of the items are complete crap. No matter what type of primer and setting sprays i use (I've tried several kinds) this eye shadow has a wear time of 2 hours MAX before it starts to wear off and become almost non-existent as the day goes on. I have not received one response to any of my communication with ColorPop to rectify this in anyway. The only product that worked was the actual glitter i got, but as it was gel based it wasn't like the crappy eyeshadows. I will never waste money on this garbage again. The date of purchase is a guesstimate as I do not feel like finding my actual order.
