full 21 business days, the delivery is not update and I had sent email to ask for information about my delivery, I did not get any response.

Dear Colour Pop Cosmetics， I've been waiting for a long time！ This is me a problem of special angst. When can your company deliver them to me? I hope you can make up and ship the order as soon as possible.

The new pencils are horrible! The website doesn't tell you that the product is new. All I wanted was my money back and to send the pencils back. They would not accept them. I order from colourpop all the time. I will never order from them again. I don't care how cheap there products are. I found a good pencil at the beauty supply store so I'll keep buying my pencils from there. I will also find anther place that has good pencils. I don't care how much it cost.

I want a refund, but I can't. No one cares about me

there’s always an issue with international orders. Last 3 international orders I’ve found missing products and broken products.

I like the products but the shipping is bad... this time (probably the last) my package went to the other side of the planet, and the costumer service response is that I have to wait... we will see. Not satisfied at all!
