They could not refund me items, as I made a duplicate purchase by mistake. The lady that I spoke with felt like she was reading off a script and make petty excuses as to not refund my order. Really love their products but would not order again because of the tax, shipping and poor customer service.

A few weeks after my order I received an email from Paypal saying I had been refunded for the purchase price. I never received an email from Colourpop saying that my order had been canceled and when I emailed the company to confirm that I would not be receiving the product I ordered I never received a response.

This is my first time purchasing here. I am looking forward to your product, however you disappointed me!! What I received has missing item!! How come you just compensate me a time-limited coupon... but not refund or resent the product to me! How come!! I don’t accept any compensation except sending me the missing item!!! You should pay for your careless mistakes but not me!! Why i need to bear the responsibility of missing item? Huh?? Ridiculous!!

you did not make it easy to get the 20% off...i know you want more money but that's bad business...i never got my 20% off and will order a lot less from you bc that's deceptive and unprofessional (and know that my gf is a makeup fanatic)
