I absolutely loved Colourpop when I first discovered it and frankly I didn’t even mind the dollar and some increase because it was still the cheapest and high quality lipstick brand out there. However, I really dislike it now after you discontinued some of my most favorite colors that I literally can’t find anywhere else that’s affordable and a lot of them were popular. If you’d bring back all or at least some of the colors, then I’d be a regular buyer again. Making room for all these random skin, body, and whatnot products was a bad move. Keep doing what you became popular for!

I haven’t shopped at colourpop in a year or so and it is completely different. The website is hard to follow and not intuitive. It is very difficult to find what you’re looking for. Before they had mattes, glosses, etc all in separate sections and now those dont’t exist. Also, The colors and shades are a lot less - not as much variety as it used to be. I needed to replenish a few colors and unbeknownst to me, they don’t sell them anymore. Also not as good of discounts as it used to be.

Ordered my products haven’t heard if they have been shipped or not. It is the holidays and it is busy but I get a confirmation of my order and then a survey? But no details on where my order is.

I'm annoyed. Not eyesafe glitter in the palettes. No refunds? Wack. Can damage our eyes over your crappy formulas and we cant get our money back.. Update: 10 days later and STILL no order confirmation. Get it together. Their site says usually ships in 3 to 5 days.

I didn’t receive my package, and I was unable to change my address when I realized that I had forgotten to put in my apartment number. So I did not receive my package, and I have not received my refund yet

The package Arrived later to the hotel. I left to my country Argentina without my Products

the only reason I ordered is because I saw a 65% off sitewide coupon. not the case! and none of the 20 or 15% coupons worked either. buyer beware

I didn’t know that putting in a code to get a super shock shadow would not make my other items in my cart not 30% off disappointed want to cancel my whole order but I can’t
