My palettes were broken. They suck. Enough said.

i was sent the wrong order i ordered two pallets and was shipped one pallet that i never ordered. this sucks cause they’re both christmas gifts that i need to get out soon

The order process is easy. I wish you could place pre-orders. I wanted the through my eyes palette for cyber Monday it was out of stock yesterday and like magic after the sale ends it's back in stock :-(

I’m never shopping with you guys again ! Ever in my life ! I placed 2 orders because the first one was canceled and then you guys canceled my 2nd order . I missed the cyber Monday sale due to you guys canceling my order . But i was charged both times & i didn’t have an issue with my payment Bcus i have more then enough sufficient funds . I am a big shopper and i started buying from you guys when you guys only had a little product i use to buy them all . Never ever again will i be ordering or buying from you guys .

Still not received my package extremely disappointed

Processing time of 3-5 business days. So I emailed them after 8 business days as still no shipment confirmation and received don’t ask questions type of answer. Unhappy waited some more and emailed again after another week. Suddenly they found an ERROR in my address (yeah I gave them correct address the first time around). Complained, ask for compensation and some estimate and I got nothing. It’s against their policy to cancel the order of course. Money was cleared of my account the next day after the order but shipment took 17 days!!! Will definitely think very hard if I ever want to order again.

The time of delivery is longer than other makeup pages like Morphe, Anastasia, Sephora. and dont attend emergency orders

They cancelled my order and returned my money without an explanation
