This is a horrible company. I placed 2 orders on the first one I never got a confirmation email. After 3/4 days attempting to get in contact I finally got a response, that the card information I provided was incorrect, I sent a screenshot shot of my bank statement proving indeed I had given the correct information. As I said I have placed 2 order, the first is 1 week and a half the other is 1 week and I still have not received a shipping email for neither. I will never EVER! Place another order with them again. I hope this makes you think twice before ordering with Colour pop

Never received a confirmation email from the order I made. you never sent me my order

I understand it’s a busy time of year but I’m starting to wonder when my order will be processed to be shipped...

This is the second time I have not received my order. I will not order from colourpop again.

I ordered on Friday, and I still haven't gotten a confirmation email that says it shipped yet (its Wednesday). It also didn't specify how long "standard free shipping" is going to take.

I placed an order from Chile and it has been more than a month and nobody knows where the order is. The tracking is the same since November 5. They ask me to contact the local mail but Chile has not arrived yet. They just tell me to wait but they don't assure me it arrives and less when. It is not fair to the customer and it is understood that it can be delayed but I want to know order information. I want the return because I made the regular conduit but you don't even have the order information

Why is it returned after placing an order? Customer service can be consulted if there is no purchase

I recently ordered a rather large order of makeup from Colourpop. I opened the box to find that it was missing a lipstick Disney Villains bundle. I emailed customer service and sent them a picture of the packing slip and a screenshot of the item missing from their website. Their response was short and rude. They asked me to send them a picture of every item that I did receive in the order. I had already wrapped these items as they are gifts. I don’t understand how getting pictures of what they managed to get right in the order shows them what they got wrong? I had to unwrap the items and take pictures explaining what everything was even though that is what the packing slip is for. Their response back was awful. They barely apologized and told me they would send me a replacement, but since this is their busy season, orders are taking longer. So basically they did absolutely nothing to try to make it right. They screw up on my order and don’t offer me any compensation? What kind of business doesn’t try to fix their mistake? The lady was super unprofessional and is basically saying, “oh well, sorry, we will send it out to you when we get to it.” I also had asked for a phone number to their customer service and she flat out ignored that. What kind of company doesn’t have a number to call? That is super shady. I’m a beauty influencer on Instagram, and I buy a lot of makeup. Colourpop has officially lost my business, and I am going to tell everyone I know about this incident and their pathetic customer service. There are a lot of cosmetic companies out there. Save yourself the headache and buy from someone else!
