Too date I have not had a coutesy of a response regarding my order. where is my order. i have confirmation that I have paid. this is the first site that gives no feedback at all. with other sites that i have used feedback is given 24 hours later and shipment delivered in 7 days from date of payment. Ok so Ive never heard of COLOURPOP but am inspired to look the company up because I saw the Netflix show "Broken". I go on the site, like what I see and immediately fill my shopping cart with $80 worth of stuff to "try out". I'm an entertainer so I spend an insane amount of money on makeup monthly. YES MONTHLY! Anyway, they ask me to sign up with email for a 10% discount and I figure, "why not" so I do.. I get the code put it in the "discount code" section of the order and it immediately DOUBLES THE COST! I kid you not. I could not for the life of me figure out why this was happening. I found that as long I chose to pay with PayPal instead of "Secure Checkout" I would be charged normal cost of the items sans discount of course. The minute I chose "Secure Checkout" it would double up again and wouldn't allow me to remove the discount code. Of course there is NO CONTACT NUMBER which in this day and age is BS! I wanna talk to someone PERIOD or we don't do business. Why? Because I don't have the time it will take for you to get back to me, BY EMAIL, if at all ColorPop and according to the negative reviews it appears you don't respond at all OR Customer Service is rude when they do. There are too many companies to choose from and few that stand the test of time. I wanted to try your product badly enough to give you a couple of hours of my time last night as I tried to figure out the cost thing but it is Christmas crunch time after all and thought you should know that your customers need to be able to contact you!
