2 of the pallets some colours were very difficult to get the color suposse to be I think the pigmentation is not very good at all.

Love the products but the wrong eyeshadow quad was sent to me.

They only sent half of my order, so I got in touch with cusomer service who responded promptly. They sent one of my missing items, but the other was now unavailable and so they offered me a coupon equal to the value of the unavailable product. I didn't want this, as the shipping to the UK is quite expensive, and customer service changed this to a refund for me. Wish I'd received all my products, but customer service were very helpful and my missing item came very quickly as well. Products are good quality and I enjoy using them.

I ordered 2 pallets from here and loved them! The colors are great and pigmented. The glitters u dont need a glitter primer for. In love!!

The product arrived damaged free just wish it didn’t take as long. The product itself is great quality!! Will definitely order again.

Great product!! I love your products but your shipping is poor at best. If there was a way to improve on that, it would be 5 stars for sure.
