All products came in perfect condition. However it took over two months for the package to actually arrive, I didn’t get any emails or other kind of notification telling me that my package had arrived at the post office -the only place it can be picked up from, where after some time they’ll ship the package back to the sender- and I ended up having to pay half the price of my package in customs.

I heard great reviews about this place but when my order was delivered I was highly disappointed. I ordered 3 things—one being a brow brush. It came completely cracked and damaged. They sent a new one out but that one came damaged as well. I had to throw both of them away.

The palettes and the highlighter was delivered in good condition but the creme gel liners were broken in half and it’s hard to use them already. I love the formulas. But it just sucks that they were broken

Shipping takes forever. It's hard to track. Customer service is non-existent.

The products arrived within the expected time frame and nothing was missing. However some of the products were slightly damaged, e.g. the outside of the eyeshadow palette had visible bumps and scratches. The inside had to be cleaned as well, since the eyeshadow had become a little loose. The issue seems to be only with the eyeshadow palettes, as everything else was in perfect condition.
