After 2 weeks of no notification of…
After 2 weeks of no notification of when my makeup would be shipped it did say it maybe longer due to a sale fine but the day after I receive shipping notification I get an email that one item wouldn’t be coming and was refunded! Well it just so happens I was looking forward to that pallet the most and I don’t even get a response from the customer service team or anything! No sorry no free gift sorry for the inconvenience nothing! The customer service has really fell through the cracks imo and I will not order directly through this company again! If I use coulorpop again!

Very poor quality
Very poor quality and not what I am used to for this product. Product crumbled or broke off so many times I only got a few days of use.

I would never order again
I would never order again. I'm in Colombia, ordered on 1/5 and as of 2/16 I'm still waiting for my order. This is ridiculous. I understand it's not solely the fault of ColourPop but DHL as well. However, the brand is responsible for providing a good experience and their only response was to wait.

Ich bin sehr wütend.
Habe 2 Monate auf mein Paket gewartet es kam nichts. Es liegt ja nicht mal an ColorPop, eher an dem Lieferdienst. Es wurde nicht geklingelt es wurde keine Nachricht hinterlassen rein gar nichts!! Es wurde einfach wieder ZURÜCKGESENDET!! Und da die Kollaboration ausverkauft ist kriege ich auch kein neues Paket. Ich bin richtig wütend. Und werde auf jeden Fall nicht mehr bestellen. Was ich sehr schade finde weil Colorpop an sich eine sehr gute Marke ist, aber die Lieferung von Amerika nach Deutschland ist Katastrophe. Jeder der Bestellen möchte auf eigene Gefahr.

Need to stop using dhl in the US. They have the worse customer experience and they don’t help.

My package was lost
My package was lost. DHL admitted it and said Colourpop would take care of it. Unfortunately, ColourPop is now ignoring me. Should have been delivered jan 18, now it Feb 17. Love their products, don't love being ignored and now I will never order again.
