Smaller than I thought it would be and the container isn’t great- not super easy to get the cap back on. Ultimately still a cute novelty product though.

The surprise box had duplicate items of things I bought separately so not sure how they decide on the packing. The eye shadow pigments are beautiful but blush, lipstick, do not last long (less than 8 hour wear).

I loved the colors and the packaging! They were gorgeous and they came on time which was nice! I wish they were handled a little better because one of my eyeshadow palettes had streaks and prints on it that had to be wiped off and two of them don’t close right (it closes and clicks shut but it doesn’t close tightly and properly for some reason). The main issue though is that my eyeshadow pans were loose in their palettes as soon as I opened them. There wasn’t any fallout and none of the colors were ruined but they were pretty loose and wobbly.

I usually love colourpop products but one of the super shock shadows in my last order arrived dry and cracked. I'm very sad about this because I was very excited to use it. 😢

The products are great, however shipping is terrible. I’ve ordered twice and it took about a week to receive the first order and well over a week to receive the second order, after getting stuck at one shipping destination for about a week. They ship from California and I’m located in Louisiana, it shouldn’t take 3 days max to get a package from California. Do I recommend the products, yes, do they need to reassess their shipping/carrier, yes!

Most of their lippie sticks I bought are excellent, however recently I bought the Brink colour, it's supposed to be matte but it isn't. It feels sticky and 2 new cami colour lippie sticks I bought started sticking when twisting open.

Poor quality packaging so hard to use. Color is what is was looking for. Product ok. Small size.
