The product was nice, good packaging and blushes were creamy, pigmented and blended very nicely. However it has a noticeably strong plastic smell. As if the makeup was off or expired. I tried it on and could smell the plastic smell of the blush whenever I moved my head. I have not used it since. Which is a shame as I am a Pokemon fanatic and blush is a staple piece of my makeup routine.

My tracking information didn't work, and the customer service didn't answer for weeks. And then on top of it my package came super late.

Easy website to use, sales all the time. But their customer service is terrible. No one responds when you email them and there’s no phone number for customer service. Their shipping times are also atrocious, 5-7 buisness days really mean 14-21.0

I purchased the new liquid blushes. Full price. At that time, they were exclusive to the Colourpop website. Between purchase and receipt, it was 14 days. Two weeks from California to Florida. They took so long that ULTA had them for a week by that time, and I could have purchased as few or as many as I wanted, instead of 3, and gotten a discount. It was slower than purchasing from Canada. Unacceptable.

I have always been wanted to have their lipsticks and eye-shadows cos its so pretty in IG posts. But when my orders arrived I feel disappointed. The packagings look cheap, the printing on it are not neat and peeling off. The amount of the products are lesser than usual but its acceptable. The smell of lip cream is really off and couldn't take that chemical smell. But I do love the lippie stix. I also love that they have a wide range of color. I still wanna try their eye-shadows tho. I hope it doesn't disappoint me.
