They sent me wrong order and they have yet to respond back to the problem. But they send so many emails everyday about their "sales".

There is only a contact us that seemingly links to the internet. Had faulty product sent to us and no way to communicate for a reorder.

It's been over a month since I made my purchase and I still haven't received anything. I've tried reaching both the delivery service and colourpop with no answer so far. Really disappointed on the complete lack of attention.

They don’t reply me on instagram or email. I haven't received my package for about two months!! I think you are scammers 😤 you sent me confirmation that you will reply to my email and I still haven't received a reply after two weeks

I placed an order for the new Twilight collection. During the checkout, Shop created a whole new account using my Gmail and attached an old address. When I realized what happened I tried reaching out to Coloupop but the order was shipped out the next day. The order came and was refused by the new person living at the address, the order has been shipped back and received and I have yet to hear from Coloupop.

It takes forever to receive items. Some of the items came damaged. I'm disappointed. I have ordered from here before it takes forever but never damaged until this time.

I ordered an eyeshadow palette on 1/14/25 & today is 2/20/25 & it still has yet to ship. I received tracking info but it provides no updates. I have emailed ColourPop several times with no response. Unable to locate a number to contact a live human being. Found the same palette on Amazon for half the price! This place is a scam.
