They didn't send the order fast, I made an order a week ago and I didn't even send it. I need it for Christmas

I ordered the big lippie stix box and a matte lipstick on December 4 and have not received any information about my order. Their site says your order will be shipped within 3-5 days but that's obviously not true.

Ordered Nov 30 and have not received my order or notification that it has shipped

I have not received any communication regarding my purchase. I don’t know if the stuff is in stock, if it shipped, nothing.

I don´t have idea where are my order?

Ordered two going coconuts palettes for my daughters for Christmas received only one palette in the mail. I followed the instructions for order related problems. Took pictures of the products I received, the invoice, packing, etc. and sent in the email as requested to their customer service only to be emailed back asking to tell them what the missing item was. Emailed back again and told them what I was missing. No response back. I am very unhappy with this company and their products. I will not be ordering again!!
